Easy Healthy Food Recipes to make in 5 minutes

We are living in the 21st century and its really getting harder day by day to take some time out for ourselves from our busy schedule. We don’t have time to take care of our health, body, and skin. Our body needs a proper healthy diet and home-cooked foods to consume. How about we take care of both things at once, I decided to make a tutorial of 5 minutes easy healthy food recipes. These recipes are not just healthy but yummy too.

1- Mac n Cheese Recipes

INGREDIENTS

  • Half-cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • Salt (Quantity as you per your taste)
  • Half cup of water
  • Black pepper (Just to add some flavor)
  • Cheddar cheese (Quantity as you per your taste)

PREPARATION

  • Mix macaroni, water, and salt in your favorite mug (microwave mug)
  • Microwave it just for 1 – 2 minutes and then mix it more
  • Add milk, cheese, and pepper and further microwave it for 1 minute
  • Now mix it well again
  • And enjoy your Mac n Cheese

2- Egg Sandwich Recipes

Egg Sandwich Recipes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bread slices
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato

PREPARATION

  • Cut out the centerpiece of the bread in square shape
  • Cut onion, capsicum, and tomato in small pieces
  • Mix all the vegetables with the egg properly
  • Now place the outer corner of the bread on a pan
  • Now pour the egg and vegetable mixture in between the cutout bread on the pan.
  • Now place the rest of the middle part of the bread on top of the egg and salad mixture.
  • Now cook it until your eggs are properly cooked, turn it over and cook for 30 seconds more.
  • Your delicious egg sandwich is ready.

3- Cheese Sticks Recipes

INGREDIENTS

  • Cheddar cheese
  • Ice-cream sticks
  • Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Bread crumbs

PREPARATION

  • Insert the ice-cream sticks in a block of cheddar cheese and cut it into slices.
  • Dip the cheddar cheese stick into flour
  • Now dip it in an egg mixture
  • And finally, coat them with breadcrumbs
  • Fry these sticks for 3 – 4 minutes on low flame
  • Your yummiest cheesiest sticks are ready to eat.

4- Boiled Egg Sandwich Recipes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 slices of bread

PREPARATION

  • Toast the bread slices
  • Now cut boiled eggs into small pieces
  •  Add salt and pepper into the egg mixture
  • Now spread the mixture on your toasted slices
  • Eat and enjoy your delicious boiled egg sandwich

5- Strawberry Shake Recipes

  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream
  • 2 tbsp of sugar

PREPARATION

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender

  • First cut the potato into fries shape and fry them
  • Now cut small pieces of capsicum, onion, olives, jalapenos and them in the fries
  • Now add red sauce, salt, and pepper
  • Now spread cheese all on the fries and microwave it for 5 minutes
  • Your yummy fries are ready to go in

9- Mug Chocolate Cake Recipes

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Few chocolate chips
  • A little amount of vanilla essence.

PREPARATION

  • Firstly, mix all dry ingredients
  • Now slowly add and mix the egg in it
  • Now add milk and oil as per the above ingredients
  • Add your favorite chocolate chips and vanilla essence
  • Now mix all ingredients well
  • Microwave the mug for 3 – 5 minutes
  • Now let it cool down
  • Your delicious mug chocolate cake is ready
