Mix a tablespoon of sage in a cup of warm water. leave it to set for five minutes then strain the mixture and add a pinch of salt. Start gargling thrice a day.

CINNAMON STICKS

Cinnamon sticks or cinnamon powder choice is yours. just add some of the cinnamon in a glass of hot water and inhale the steam. you can make a cinnamon tea by adding half spoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of your regular tea. Drink it and feel the soothes in your throat.

MARSHMALLOW

To ease a sore throat pain you can drink smoothies. Such as banana smoothie or dark chocolate smoothie.

MASHED POTATOES
