Holistic Approach : Treatment, Development and More

Holistic health addresses the mind, body, and spirit. It searches for the underlying cause of symptoms, rather than simply covering them up with medications. Everything matters, because it is all interconnected and affects one another. However! your physical health is not a collective health of your body parts but is dependent on driving by and only exists together with how you feel emotionally and your entire lifestyle, character, and history.

Getting older offers many benefits like greater wisdom, more empathy, and a better understanding of who we are. There are plenty of new challenges as well, like shifts in hormones as we enter our menopausal years, a slower metabolism, and a greater risk from chronic diseases. So it is incredibly frustrating to eat well, stay active, and still see the rising numbers on the scale. Losing weight after forty is more than simply eating less and exercising more. Using a holistic approach to weight loss can balance our energy, our hormones, feel better, and enjoy a healthier weight.

Holistic Approach

The symptom is a message that the body parts need help, that is better nutrition, emotional healing, and spiritual transformation. It is just not about what we are eating, it is also about what we are thinking. Our mental state is affecting our physical state and a lot of our diseases are psychosomatic. Just keep focusing on all the developmental areas like

Holistic VS Wholistic

Holistic has become a word to refer to alternative healthcare and treatment, however! there is not a big difference in holistic and wholistic, they are quite similar.

Holism is a term coined by philosopher Jan  Smuts. His definition was that ” the whole is greater than the sum of its part”. Means it is best to focus on the overall picture as opposed to the individual details. Its usually applied to a much broader spectrum of themes and ideas, from philosophy to ecology.

Wholism sees the body, mind, and soul ( life force energy such as Chi in Chinese medicine, or Prana in Ayurveda) as the whole, and nutrition as one of its parts. Instead of treating each organ as a separate entity, this view of nutrition sees the body as a fully integrated system. Understanding that there is usually more to illness than treating individual symptoms.
