Low carb doesn’t mean no carb. It is important to remember that carbohydrates do have a function in our body and are essential in a healthy diet.   3. Very helpful post on protein. Although A lot of people still eat a lot of high protein that is processed. I’m no longer a meat eater but I would say the healthiest protein sources are plant based such as lentils, hemp seeds, chia seeds,spirulina, pumpkin seeds, nuts, beans and tofu.
