Industrial trans fats are extremely unhealthy, they are unsaturated fats that have been chemically altered to increase their stability and have been linked to inflammation, insulin resistance, increased belly fat and heart disease.

White bread, pasta, and rice 

White bread, pasta, and rice are high carb, processed foods which are high in carb and yet low in fiber. This combination can result in high blood sugar levels, though you can choose high fiber foods which may help to reduce blood sugar-responsive.
